back bumper pulled up

I have a 1998 Doge Ram 1500 and I puld out a little tree  and now my back bumper is pulled up  how can I pulled it back down wear it serpouse to be at .

You may have to take off the bumper. Check the bolts ,they are most likely bent. If they ,buy new one that are straight.

hear is the pitcher of the bumper the bolts is rust and are stat .

you may be able to fix it by loosening the bumper and rotating it back into position. and then get a real hitch. that thing you have mounted to the bumper is useless and unsafe.
