Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck will shift from first gear to second and
once it gets to about 1000 RPM it will clang and not
shift right and then it will almost seem like it goes
into overdrive and then there is a very loud and bad
rattling underneath the truck then when you’re
coming to a stop it was it will slowly stall out it will
start up usually after starting a crank for little longer
but then it will drive and do the same thing again
can anyone help me?

Sounds like the transfer case, maybe. Do a static test in your driveway, jack the wheels up/block 'em up for safety, put her in gear, have someone do the "drive" thing for you. Get underneath n give a listen. Localize the noise if possible.
