1997 dodge ram 1500 sport

have a 1997 dodge ram 1500 sport 4x4 and my
transmission will work when I first start it up after it
warms up it will not move I have put 4 new
transmissions and it does the same thing every time it
will start with my over drive will kick out and won't go
into 5 gear on every transmission I put in it will kick
off and then the transmission temp light kicks on and
this is where the promblem will start I took it to a
dealer ship they told me it was the computer to the
transmission just need a second opinion plz
