truck in my shop wont start. no communication with scanner, pulled fuel pump relay and asd relay then check eng light comes on, abs light comes on, unpluged fuel pump same thing owmed wires no short . some one has putt new ecm .has unplug ever thing under hood but after looking at it today 'i'msure when turn key something is sending ecm to ground?

Usually a message like that is a blown fuse or damaged ECM circuit wiring, if someone has been messing around in there who knows what is kobbled up.

Or the scanner port connector in truck has a bad wire to it or port not allowing a good connection, pins may be bend or damaged too.
