Replaced fuel pump alternator checked else's but no pressure on the gas on top of motor

What's making my 96 Dodge Ram not start new
fuel pump new battery checked fuses still no
start it will turn over and now and then it will hit

The usual is an Indy 500 has no fuel pressure at motor but has pressure at the tank
