Look for other damage. Check the fuel pressure and for spark at the plugs.

I have fuel pressure and I've changed the ignition wires cap and button, I've gotten it to start a couple of times since, but I've hit a brick wall, have checked wiring harness for exposed wires but my 02 sensors aren't reading but 4.9 on a open circuit tester. I just don't know and I've always been a decent machanic.
