Do you access to a trouble light? If you do take it and set it under the hood against the PCM. Away from any wires. Located on the passenger side bolted to the firewall. Leave it there for a 1/2 hour and see if it starts.

Don't have access to a trouble light, what would that do by setting it next to pcm?

The Pcm's in these are bad about the diodes contracting losing contact when really cold out. When it warms up they expand make contact and start. Have a small heater to put under the hood? Or take PCM out, bring it in the house and set it on the dryer for a half hour. 3 8mm bolts hold it to the firewall and one 8mm bolt holds the wire connector.

Well, I checked the computer, still nothing, replaced the coil, nothing again, replaced the plugs, three of them had more fuel on them then the rest, still turns over, doesn't fire...any ideas?

Check compression on all cylinders. Minimum is 100lbs. on each cylinder.

Replace the pick up in the distributor, cap and rotor button first then check compression. The pick up is easy to change. Sets right under the cap.
