dash cluster gas guage and temp guage don't work.

my gas hand and temp hand quit but tach and speedometer still work. how do
I fix it the gas hand and temp hand?  Everything works but the gas guage and
temp guage.

A common failure is the gauge servo motors, find a shop that has the equipment to do the job. Not something for a novice as the cluster has to be removed and disassembled.
