Car is suffocating itself from Air

I have a 2001 Malibu LS. The Kranks on it works
the only issue is that it is robbing itself of air and
not able to continue the cycle of operation. Please
assist.

My engine isn't getting enough air. It is litterally fine but suffocating due to lack of air
