Spark timing is not adjustable on this vehicle. If you talking valve timing, I can probably find timing chain marks and info, if that's what you want? How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

Why do you think the timing is off. A bad crank or cam sensor could possibly throw the timing off. Do you have any trouble codes?

I purchased the car a few days ago and the previous owner said that the timing was the problem. My dad changed the cam sensor and it still doesn't crank. Went and bought a crankshaft sensor, but he can't locate where to change it. The previous owner came over today and informed us someone changed an intake gasket on the car and it hasn't crank since then.
