can you elimiate the abs system on a 2003 Sonoma

I'd look into repairing it before stripping it out. Might be cheaper in the long run. Look up YT vids on how to bleed, repair, or replace a GM Kelsey Hayes ABS module, as that is often the source of trouble on your ABS system. S10Forum.com (which will cover GMC Sonomas) might have better suggestions.

Just unplug one of the wheel speed sensors. The system will be disabled but the ABS light will remain on. Hope that helps! Jim
