I sold my Z24 to a friend. She knew the front bearing was bad. In 6 weeks she put 7800 miles on the car. Now it needs tie rods. Could this be from driving it with a bad bearing?

More likely is that the car is 12 years old. Bad bearings shouldn't allow enough movement to wear out tie rod ends.

Bad bearings normally won't damage rod ends. Rod ends are a normal maintenance item and will fail regardless of other issues.
