Put a socket on the crank pulley and then try to turn the engine it may be locked. If it turns start at the battery, then cables, then try to jumper the starter by taking a test lead and jumper the starter pos stud to the smaller stud on the right of the battery stud it's marked with an "s" on the solenoid and has a purple wire going to it, when you touch them together the starter will crank if the battery and cables and the starter itself are good, I hope this helps.
