Truck won't start

My 1994 chevy s10 6 cylinder 4.3liter won't
start. Fuel pump does not kick on.i was told
to check the fuse that goes to  fuel
pump..wHERE IS THAT FUSE LOCATED? And
where do I find the relay?? Thank you.

You should have 2 relays in glove box behind a black plastic cover. 2 of them are fuel pump a Nd other is horn relay.
