Question type: Car Customization

I want to swap to a v8 but 4x4 is unnecessary for me and want a 2wd.  I
already have the donor blazer

It would be cheaper (a lot) and better to sell yours and buy what you want.

A lot of custom fabrication. Wiring mods and the list goes on, Yukon or Denali is already set up for V8 and the V8 of choice from 4.8-6.2 and big block l s. Unless you intend to take to the track more work than worth. Depending on your point of view.
