Most likely the mode door and or the defrost door inside the heater box under the dash is broken. This is very common on these vehicles. The only way to replace the doors is to remove the entire dash assembly. A very major undertaking!! To have a shop do the job you're looking at $1000 easily! Hope that helps! Jim
