Night time running tail light problems

i have a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer my night time taillights went out so i replaced
my bulbs still doesnt work so i replaced the curcuit boards and still not working
, checked fuses to and none was blown so could someone help me figure out
whats wrong

Do you have power at the tail light connectors? If so then you have a connector problem or a set of bad boards(not uncommon) with aftermarket boards.

Fuses for the taillights are not under the hood. They are under the rear seat, driver side. Confuses a lot of people.
