Shift Lever locked up on 02 TRailblazer

My 2002 Trailblazer says it's in Reverse, however stuck in Nuetral. Won't shift cause can't depress button on shifter, won't start because the indicator and truck Thinks it's in Reverse? Brake Switch? or actuator Cable?

Plastic linkeage bushing is more than likely broken. I keep a spare in mine.
