fuel problem

i have a ford f150 ford truck with a 5.4 liter 2006 model i have checked fuel
pump talk to mechanics they said it was fuel module so replaced it even had
code reader put on by two or three differant ones wil not read a code I am at
a loss, truck will turn over but will not start need help trying to find
problem.first let me tell what happened was driving up hill on day in town
truck went o missing real bad starting lossing power got up hill and had red
light engine light started flashing truck shimmed went dead and has not
started back up.
