Mechanical negligence refund

Asked by GuruRW9G5 Feb 04, 2020 at 10:13 AM about the 2004 Ford F-150 XLT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

If I buy 4 brand new tires and the bearing on
my passenger side wheel completely
becomes destroyed and causes catastrophic
damage ( the bearing welded to the spindle
nut) complete front end rebuild over1,200.00
to the front end is that something that should
have been noticed when I just spent 683.00
on 4 new tires. And then when the
reassemble the parts they forget the sway
bar! Twice! Do think that is complete
negligence?

Why did they remove the sway bar? Did you have worn parts replaced as part of an alignment?
