Whining noise between 45 mph-55mph

Whining noise between 45 mph-55mph.
2003 Ford F150 fx4 4x4 ext c.  While accelerating up to speed the truck makes a
noticeable whining noise that appears to come from the rear end.  Begins at about
45mph and after 55mph noise is completely gone.  Truck has 170K and fluids have
always been changed on time.  Runs, drives and shifts completely normal.

Wheel bearing maybe? Is the sound coming from one side of the other?
