Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Ford F150 I was driving on the street going 45 when I start
feeling my Truck jerk and not want to speed up, then I realize the Overdrive
light was flashing. I immediately parked and turned off the truck hopped to
check my engine for 10 mins then hopped back in and turn it on and the OD
light was not flashing anymore and drove another 15 mins to get home... its
been 5 days since that happened and i've continued using my truck going
speeds up to 75 on the highway... should i be worried? is it Normal for an OD
light to flash and then just not? Is it the Tranny?
