Why do I haveNo power

The battery is good the
starters good I have no
power to anything The PCM
relay was clicking on and off
now it is not I have no power
to anything I did have power
to my reader until i turned the
key on and then it would kill
the power to the reader now I
have no power whatsoever no
dinging no lights no nothing

Battery has full charge and battery connections, good? Check voltage and grounds off the battery, you can use a test light. See the two forty amp fuses that go to ignition switch, check those, use a test light, hot all the time. The grounds off the battery, engine--frame--body, check all those.
