Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1997 ford f150 and i have done just about everything to get my
windows up and going again! New motors, new buttons, checked all my
fuses and they are all good! checked for broken wires, changed relay fuses
around! If i hook my 12 volt charger up to the window motor on drivers side
the window goes up and down just fine! I have power to my door locks but
not to the button or the motor! I checked all the wires with a light tester! I
did notice that when i have the ignition on i am hearing a buzzing sound
coming from under the hood against the firewall where all my wires come in
from the fender well!

I really don't mean to sound like a wise guy....honestly. Call the folks on CAR TALK on NPR. Besides a real solution/guidance to your problem, you will have a very entertaining chat with them.
