A good start would be another F150 between model years 97 and 04. Find a truck with the same trim, as the window will be different with 4 door models. You can also contact a local auto glass shop for one,

Remember used auto glass can be brittle depending on your area, one wrong move and you have a pile of busted glass. I put in a customer supplied used piece of glass in their vehicle, made sure it worked and they paid and went home, two days later he came back with lap full of glass, he closed the door with the window slightly down and it just shattered, I finally talked him into a new piece from a local glass shop and no more problems with that window.
