Truck want restart after driving for few hours..

1997 f150. 4.6  4x4 xlt 110,000 miles Garage Kept and all mant current.
1. truck will not start after driving for a while..Say 2 hours...When try to restart  it just
turns over and tries to fire...Then I wait 20 mins,turn key switch 3 times to on.. Truck
fires right up...
2 My mechanic could not recreate the problem.. Let truck idle for 2 hours,raised up the
front end. Truck would not recreate the problem over 3 day period..
3. Took it to ford dealership  they ran a diag on my truck and found no codes or could
recreate the problem..
4. Now my passenger side window quit working then my drivers side about a week after  
I took it in for recalls for this year truck

Both mechanics could not recreate the problem, fuel pressure  and voltage are good at
test points...
