im having rough idle problems i changed out the maf sensor and o2 sensors new plugs wires distributer cap and rotor any suggestions

Did you clean the throtlebody? Check for vacuum leaks. A sixteen year old truck could have several small problems. Read the codes? Remove air filter while running to see if problem is there (at idle)

idle air control valve or I.A.C. This is a very common problem with ford.
