how to deactivate 2002 Chevrolet avalanche anti-theft alarm system

Question type: General

because of multipart change out including key ignition change out. it's
believe antitheft systems is preventing vehicle start up. because fuel system
disable or shut down. has been stated by owner. fuel system test has been
performed and injector sprayed fuel????? … to add fuel tank is connected
but has been lowed to ground level. to add has been stated fuel tank has
gas. please note when battery connected and ignition turn by key all appear
to be normal except for no start and  no alarm light blink on vehicle startup
anti-theft security light stays solid on.

unfamiliar  with antitheft system module location. need help of location and
advice vehicle restore to optional is needed. thank Flavor Mosley

Can't be done. That's part of the security feature. It prevents thieves from disabling the system so they can steal your vehicle. You're going to need to sort out all the electrical issues you've tried to describe so that they work in harmony with the rest of the vehicle's electrical system.
