Won't move

I have an automatic 1994 f150 4x4 it will start
sounds great will shift into gear I can even hear it
an see it shift into gear but it won't move just revs
up please help before I spend tons of money

Check the fluid level first. otherwise it sounds like the trany is shot.

All gears, even reverse? If fluid is ok, time for a tranny, probably.

Sounds like the flexible hose on the front wheels are bad they allow brake fluid to flow to the clippers under pressure and has no backward pressure to release the clippers and free the brake. So opening the bleeder valve unlock the brake.
