Ford F-150 91 5.0 2wd

I just put a new starter,starter solenoid and battery
in my truck and I have checked all the connections
and there all good it ran fine for about two months  
but today whenever I start my truck it runs for 2-3
seconds and makes this really loud grinding noise
then the Rpms shoot straight down and it shuts off
but nothing works with the key turned lights don't
work radio doesn't work power windows don't work
when you turn try to turn it over the light will work
