Same vehicle same problem, went in and changed the ignition switch. I originally thought it was the ignition actuator but once I got the steering column broken down about 3/4 of the way I realized that the actuator was still in tack. I just went out, dropped the shifter into neutral, jiggled it a little bit and voila the key now turns the engine over. I would try that first. From previous forums it sounds like the neutral safety switch on the side of the tranny may be bad. Good Luck hope this helps.
