I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport and I had changed the steering wheel myself, and now it doesn't start, what is the issue?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had changed the steering wheel on myself because the horn doesn't work, the front windshield wiper's don't work, the back windshield wiper doesn't work or spray the window washing fluid and now that I put a steering wheel in that works the truck doesn't start. So I checked the fuse's again and everything looks like there in the corrected place's.
