2004 Sport Trac Air coming out of the Defrost vents

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2004 Sport Trac and the Air is coming out of the defrost vents. The control
switch that switches between the AC, Max AC, Defrost etc will turn off but it will not
switch between the vents on the front, or floor. I was told it was the Blend Door. But I
was also told it could be a vacuum problem and maybe even a fuse. It started the
same time I had the spark plugs changed at Pep Boys. Could it be a vacuum line that
maybe pep boys knocked loose?
