what does the shift lock solenoid look like?

wont shift from Park running. brake lights work. Fuse #34 blows 10 amp, (Brake on/off switch)
maybe related Cruise control Horn blows when trying to set CC ???

You probably don't have brake lights either. Find the short, it may just be a bad brake switch
