Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good, positive and negative. Check both ends of any cable or circuit, not just at the battery. I see about four fuses, did you check them all? Also, use a test light and check voltage on fuses, three are hot all the time, the crank fuse goes hot with key in the crank position, so you need a helper for testing voltage on that fuse, key in crank position. The diagram is for automatic. See the neutral switch? See the starter relay, can you unplug it? If so, try using jumper wire on switch side of relay, The starter motor may crank the engine? If you try that make sure transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. Make sure vehicle can't move.

Jumping that starter solenoid, the engine should crank. There is no internal engine problem, correct? Can you turn the crank by hand?
