When puting in gas have to hold the nozzel a certain way or the gas will not flow??? If i just put it in like normal it just clicks???

The neck coming from the gas tank to the gas cap has a bend in it (normal) and the pressure from the nozzle is creating enough back pressure that the safety cut off thinks your tank is full. Sometimes you have to find a "sweet-spot" by rotating the nozzel'
