80 amp fuse link blows constantly

There's an electrical short in the system somewhere. It's probably in the alternator or the regulator. Get tit checked by a mechanic. That's the quickest fix you can get.

Electrically disconnect the alternator then replace the fuse, if it blows then you have wiring that is shorted to ground in the charging wiring. If the fuse doesn’t blow then you have found your short in the alternator so it needs replaced. Don’t go cheap on a replacement or you will be back replacing it again very soon.

Check main feeds from fuse box you are looking for chafing of main lead it is grounding out directly to ground. Check connection on back of alt for getting hot a bad connection can cause excessive load popping the fuse
