Factory Alarm should DisArm by pressing the Unlock Button on Remote or Unlocking Door with Key Otherwise TRY: Disconnect the Positive Battery Cable Open Driver Door & LEAVE Open Turn Ignition Switch to the On position & LEAVE On Reconnect Positive Battery Cable Horn may sound for a few seconds Start vehicle f neither of the above works & it is a Factory Alarm, Dealer will need to check Seurity System for voltage spike or a bad unit

If you have a red blinking light on the dash, turn the key to on, press the red blinking button twice, try and start the car. This worked on my 1998 Toyota T-100 with a port installed TDS system.
