Probably need vehicle specific software to identify what the code is pending unless you already know the code. Would inspect wiring harness for breaks or poor connections. On some transmissions fluid can wick up through the harness causing electrical gremlins. Since there was no mention of what the drive concern was it could be mechanical or electrical such as an input/output speed sensor.
03 RAV4 put 3 computers in it and they all field is there something in the transmission or the wiring that would cause it to happen
