my rav four runs but only on two cylinders, its throwing a p0340 code, ive put new timing belt on, rechecked timing, new cam sensor, ohm'd out crank sensor, new coil packs, new plugs and still nothing, cylinders 1 & 4 fire but not at the right time! Any ideas?

If that's a inference engine, I would be concerned that maybe some valves were bent while changing the timing belt. You can check that by a compression test on the two cylinders that aren't firing at the right time. They are either out of time, or not closing due to damage to the valves, and firing anyway through an open intake valve or open exhaust valve.
