Brake not releasing when you step on pedel?

The right front brake is hanging up and not
releasing. We replaced shoes, caliter, and
rotor but it's still not releasing and it is
heating up and smoking when you drive it.

You may want to check the brake rubber line hose. If someone dangled the caliper while doing a brake job sometimes the hose will break inside and not release pressure.
