just purchased 1995 Toyota Previa s/c van, found oil in engine coolant. Oil level is full, but
oil light stays on all the time. Also, has sluggish acceleration for about one-half mile then
will maintain speed, this became worse after putting gas in van.

I would have a compression test done to make sure you don't have a cracked head or something, but honestly, it doesn't sound good. This isn't a typical problem with Previa's. I have had to replace seals, cv joints/boots, numerous small part problems that were labor intensive, but have been very lucky with my engine.
