Is an MR2 Spider worth more if the engine was recently rebuilt and has only 10000 miles on the new engine

I had the original engine rebuilt it has 135000 original miles 10000 of which are on the rebuild it is in excellent condition and has never been in an accident

Yes, as long as you have proof that the engine was rebuilt and the whole package will pass emissions. The first engines were known to use oil, and were often replaced later in life.
