Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi There, I went to put a fuel additive into my tank and when I did the little
plastic seal accidentally went into the fuel tank filler hose and created a
blockage as it is near impossible to get fuel into the tank without the shutoff
engaging. Is there a screen between the fill area and gas tank that is easy to
access to remove the plastic seal? What would you recommend? Thanks!

I would first try to get it with a flexible claw pick up tool. If not, then my guess is you will have to remove the filler neck assembly and hope you can rotate it upside down to dislodge it. That is a job for your local mechanic and not a DIY.
