1990 Toyato celica 2.2 stalls when I give it gas

My car has a hard start, but once I give it gas it stalls out.  I have replaced the plug, wires, fuel filter.  Any ideal what can be going on and a cost to repair it?

do you have any vacuum leaks around the intake manifold? what does the wiring look like at the air flow meter? is the air flow meter in good shape ? is the air cleaner in good condition? is the check engine light on? if so what are the codes?
