no fuel to engine. Changed fuel filter and pump.All fuses and relays checked good. Any suggestions

Started car and drove .3 of a mile. Car dies. Get it towed  home and tore into
it.It was geting spark but no fuel.All ffueses and relays checked good.Changed
fuel filter and pump. Still not getting fuel to fuel rail or to little bleeder on line.It
will run briefly on starting fluid.

There can be a filter in the tank on some rigs or a bent or gloged line thats just letting a little fuel throu.
