I have a 2000 Toyota Solara and my steering wheel and front end on the driver side shakes while driving at high speeds. I have had tires balanced, new tires, new shocks, new brakes and rotors

It sounds like it is probably a tie rod! Luckily it is an easy and relatively cheap fix. Also could be the ball joints but it is more likely your tie rods. I would be very cautious driving until you get it fixed -- That is a safety point! The Tie rods hold your wheel in place while driving and they push the wheel and turn it when you move the steering wheel. Be very careful and do not go above 60 mph until you get it fixed. I would get that fixed immediately.

Bad tire will do that ck for bubble on side of tire inside belt might sloped Also ft struts will. Do that 60 70. Mph but you replaced those any noise Coming from front end, lift car pull tire left to right if play replace inner and outer tie end schould be tight.
