seat belt broken

HI ya'll  how to replace the I guess it would be called the female end of the seat
belt?

Should just be 1 bolt anchoring that end of the seatbelt to the floor. Remove the bolt. You can probably get another one at a salvage yard. Some sites also sell new seatbelts.
