Of all the things that will need to be done, a transmission (assuming automatic) drain and fill, do not allow a transmission flush. A so called flush will pick up small debris on the bottom of the filter screen, where it does no harm. and circulate it through your transmission doing far more harm than good. Timing chain and tensioner needs to be inspected, so might as well put a new chain on at that mileage and water pump. By far most of the cost is labor, so while it's apart it would not make sense to put the old water pump back on
