02 camry No crank no start with new batt alt and starter

I got 2002 toyota camry I jist put n a new alt starter and
batt. 1st I changed the alt. The car would start but the
gauges n radio went haywire and the batt light came on.
Bought new batt still the same but car wont start...
Changed starter. It started but batt light still on n gauges
and radio don't work at all. Mothers car I tell her dont drive
it yet a few weeks go by I come back out no crank no start.
I found a vsv with the hose connector broken and
replaced. I was gonna take to shop today to have
computer put on it but.. won't start please help

Check the battery connections. Make sure they are clean and tight.
